The work it's self is satisfactory, billing and collection of payments is not low income friendly at all. If you have a larger bill that can't be paid off in 30 days you get an add 1.5% interest charge. 60 days not fully paid now turns to 3% interest so on and so forth making it impossible to get it fully paid without adding hundreds of dollars to the cost. Also it doesn't matter to them if you are making an attempt to pay the bill or not after a while of bill not being paid in full they decide to discontinue services.

I have to say that I would use Brian every single time for any Plumbing problem. He knows exactly what he's doing and he does an excellent job. He took out the old toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. He also put in the new faucet on the kitchen sink and because it was an old kitchen sink he had to do a lot of adjusting to have it fit perfectly. As soon as I called the company they came the same day. I am extremely happy with the results because I have had an on going problem with the old toilet and it was leaking in the kitchen ceiling. Brian knew exactlyWhat was going on and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with all the work he's done. His young assistant Ben was very sweet and polite and also did a good job.
