What an amazing experience! My wife and I each received Thai Yoga Massage which was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! We also had a private yoga lesson as well as a nice long soak in the hot tub. The whole experience from beginning to end was just amazing! I would highly recommend Miss Amanda to anyone and everyone regardless of what you’re looking for.

My time at Inner lift Yoga was quite divine! Miss Amanda helped me relax and feel so at ease. She took the time to learn and understand a little about me and my current physical, as well mental, states. Her space felt very familiar and inviting. Her touch is skilled, the release my tissues felt was fantastic! Complete with an outdoor jacuzzi soak on a misty, autum day to make for a truely luxurious experience. Walking about the rest of the day, I observed a much lighter sense of alignment in my body. I will absolutely return over and over. What a treat! Thank you!

Amanda is highly skilled. She has a deep understanding of how to stretch and loosen sore muscles without causing pain. That takes tremendous knowledge as this is therapy that is enjoyable!
