They have always been prompt in responding to my questions. I don't have time to make phone calls during the day, so much of my communication has to take place via email or through their website, and I always receive a prompt reply. Kim was very helpful getting me set up with my fuel for this season.

Initial Review:
I bought this house in 2019. Came with a deadriver tank. I kept with them even though their pricing was more expensive than local as they always responded promptly and I would get a delivery within a week/2weeks, and always on the scheduled date.
As I'm writing this review, my propane delivery has been missed 3 times. I'm never told that the driver isn't going to make it. Dispatch reaches out 2-3 days later to reschedule, and then it's missed again. I know I'm a decent haul from Woodstock, I thought maybe I was a punishment route as the first two...read full review
Whitney explained things well and gave good advice and recommendations. She was on time, very neat friendly and efficient. She answered all of my questions. I appreciate her expertise !
