First Chris is NOT RELIABLE. Secondly he doesn't respond back in a timely fashion. Third and this is the most important is that CHRIS OVERCHARGES big time. I am the mother to a recently deceased solder. Knowing this Chris intentionally and purposely charged me $50 to sand my driveway. This after asking 3x when he's going to sand all of course with no reply. If Chris had no conscience to overcharge a grieving fixed income mother imagine what he'll charge you. BEWARE
