Where do I begin? That's right, where I locked my keys in my car! What do now? Panic sets in. I'm far from home, doors won't open, I'm a wild Floridian who's not used to anything below 70, so it's pretty much "Naked and Afraid" for me. Making calls with no answers, how am I going to get to work in the morning? What do I tell my employer? It's well past business hours, and I'm the dummy who got locked out of his car. The other supposed 24-hour service doesn't answer my call. Find this business on Google and decide to make the call. Was that an angel who answered the phone? No, even better, it was Ross. I want to say a very big thank you to GW Locksmith! Specifically Ross! I called for an elderly friend of mine last Saturday for emergency service. Ross answered the phone, I explained the situation, he advised he could be at the home in about 1 hour. He took excellent care of my friend. He was patient and kind and when he left she felt relieved because the house was secure! Even though it was emergency service the rate was still very reasonable! If GW Locksmith didn’t answer the phone last Sat, this situation could have ended up a lot worse. I appreciate your quick response, care and follow up! Thanks again!
