I used this office for two years to file my personal tax returns. This year there was a long delay at KL’s offices between when they prepared my return and when they actually filed it, completely due to poor communication and their failure to give me forms to sign on THREE occasions. For the amount of money I paid, I don’t believe I should have to hound them about the filing process and status, but that was necessary this year. To make matters worse, when I complained, they took no responsibility for their part in it, blaming me instead.After I found one error they made on last year's return, they told me to find another accountant to file an amendment. Kim and her team are outstanding. She has handled my taxes for years and saved me money every year. She is always available to answer my questions throughout the year. I highly recommend her for all of your accounting needs.
