Chris was polite, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure my home is secure from pests now that the weather is turning colder.
I've been using JP Pest for a couple years now and its always been a good service. The peace of mind is priceless.
We have only been “customers” of JP Pest Services for a couple of months at this point. I put “customers” in quotes because that is the word that most aptly describes what we are to them, but this company treats you like family. Seriously. They were recommended to us by a local real estate agent when we purchased our log home in the North Haverhill, NH area. I am SO glad we went with them. We opted to sign up for their home protection plan for three annual visits. This plan also allows for unlimited “call backs” should a covered problem persist or a covered issue pop-up between these three visits.

It was an excellent experience. The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and professional. Mark respected the fact that i had 3 dogs in my home. He treated my home like it was his home. I would highly recommend this company for their exceptional customer service! I wish everyone had a Mark in their company. He treats customers with such kindness, and respect.
