Hired Steve and Mike based on the recommendation of a friend who used them for some extensive renovations and were extremely happy with them. We used them to build a new deck and entryway to our home. Steven communicated extremely well during the design and building phase and the deck and entryway were completed on time and on the original budget we had agreed. When the door came in a different color than the one that Steve ordered, he made it right. Would absolutely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others!
I had originally hired another contractor to do a major renovation on our house just east of Keene, NH. That guy abandoned the project with significant work left. I met Steve and Mike through a friend that had hired them to do a major rebuild of a house in Londonderry, VT. I asked Steve if he would be willing to come and finish the job the other guy started. He agreed and it has been nothing but super easy ever since. Steve, Mike, and their entire crew are efficient, very fun to be around, and their workmanship is top-notch. Steven and his team have done a lot of work for me over the past few years. I trust them implicitly. They are courteous, professional, efficient, and capable. They have replaced siding and sills, installed very elegant chimney caps on my mid-century ranch, and completed many, many smaller jobs such as regrouting a shower, installing weatherstripping and flashing, and adjusting the odd off-kilter door. Steve is very creative in finding solutions to the many problems that pop up in an older house like mine.
