Its a very cramped little shop and IDK...Ive gotten my nails done (dip) for years and in multiple states and I have never seen anyone not cure the top coat or do a light drill prior to the top coat being applied. Overall, the tech did a decent job and it is the cheapest dip manicure Ive seen at $40 before tipping.“
