Despite some noise from outside, including screaming children, the skilled therapists ensure an unforgettable experience. Many clients leave feeling refreshed and satisfied, and the spa has become a favorite spot for repeat visits. The friendly staff and peaceful environment contribute to a highly positive experience that keeps guests coming back.
We went to Mount Snow 3/22 and had massages at Nature Spa as a 50th Birthday celebration. I can't rave enough how wonderful our experience was!There were 6 of us and the spa added extra massage therapists to accommodate us. The whole day was seamless. Tracy, my therapist was amazing and my friends all raved about theirs!!The use of the pool, hot tub, steam room, gym, and sauna was out of this world! This experience will be part of our annual trip to Mount Snow from now on. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and accomodating as well. 10 out of 10 experience for us! We will be back! Thank you for such a nice day!
The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Camile gives the best massages I've had. As someone who spent years carrying rebar and now deals with back issues, I greatly appreciate what Camile is able to do for me. Every time I walk out of there after a massage, my body and mind are refreshed.
Masseuses Camille and John were fantastic! They were so professional and nice. Even the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that we could still hear screaming children from outside during our massage, as the bottom of some of the trails were on the other side of the wall.
