I went in for an excision of a severely atypical mole. I arrived a little early for my 9:00 am appointment at the Waterbury office. Within 5 minutes I was met by Shelby the attending nurse. She reassured me about Nick, the PA, who would be doing the excision. She let me know he had worked in the trauma center at UVM and had a lot of experience. She asked what kind of music I liked and she had classical music piped in the room. When Nick came in a few minutes later he greeted me warmly, shook my hand and explained what he would be doing. Just came back to Four Seasons dermatology in Waterbury after a few years away. It took a bit to get the appointment but was a great experience while I was here. Dr. Shea was knowledgable, thorough, and personable. Gave me great confidence in her assessments. I was n and out after a very complete full skin check up and a few treatments in less than a hour. All of the staff were friendly and capable. I highly recommend a visit with Dr. Shea!
