Green Mountain Pump Service provides fast, friendly, and efficient service. They are capable and offer great customer service, often responding quickly and coming out first thing in the morning. They diagnose problems accurately, whether it is a well pump issue or an electrical problem, and get water restored promptly. The service is informative, with staff explaining the right amount of things. They are known for being reasonable in cost and highly recommended. Even for those outside their service area, they extend courtesy with a quick callback, which is a sign of their good customer service.
10:30 at night and discovered we had no water!! Toilets, sinks nothing. Called Green Mountain Pump at eight a.m. Fred arrived at 10 placed new pump in our well. Done by 11:15a.m. Water restored. Fast, friendly, informative, and efficient service at reasonable cost. Bad luck having the pump go-good luck that we called Green Mt.
Recently our well pump was not working, so after checking the breaker panel, I called Fred at Green Mountain Pump Service. Fred came over quickly and after checking electric current in a few different places, diagnosed our problem as an electrical problem in the electric meter outside. It was not a well pump problem at all. This has always been a great company and great people to deal with. Always fast service and very capable. I highly recommend them.
Great service done fast! We bought a house in the area, moved in, and two days later, no water. I called around three other places, and not one would even return my call. Green Mountain Pump Service came out first thing the next morning after I called and had us back up and running in under 2 hours. They were fast, friendly, explained the right amount of things, and just did a great job. After 5 days of waiting for others to call me back, my 11 year old was starting to stink.
