I worked with David Burton over a period of about 2 years to plan, and build a pool and surrounding landscape for my challenging lot, which is on a hillside. He then designed and managed the entire project beautifully, including gaining approvals from the HOA - no easy task with Act 250 and new state rulings on water runofff. There is no better person to work with than David. He is thorough, thoughtful, communicates clearly and often, manages any challenge and contractors with calm and diplomacy.
