Wonderful, relaxing with great customer service. From the time we entered with Charlotte at the front desk, smiling and greeting us to Emily, helping us with food and drinks poolside, to the amazing spa staff, including my fav, Rita! Along with Wesley in the Roost, who served us amazing cocktails... couldn't get better. Oh, and that peanut butter muffin in the morning that knocked my socks off..served warm. Will definitely be back..the tranquility beckons me, even now!

We just left Topnotch after a 4 day weekend getaway. We really hate to be negative people or put down a good business if they don't deserve it, but we also need to be honest here. Based on the website, photos, and reviews other people left, we were really looking forward to this stay. And now, thinking about the amount of money we spent, we were very underwhelmed and a little disappointed in many ways. To give credit whet credit is due, here are the positives. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. No complaints there at all. There are a couple of fitepits outside and recreational areas with a pretty view. Great spot for our visit to Stowe in the summer. Front desk, management and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Any issues and they respond immediately. Our condo was very spacious with every amenity you’d need. The facilities are top notch too, the gym, spa, pools, so much going on here. On-site restaurant The Roost is a gem too.
