I attended Kat’s class recently for the first time, not knowing what it would be like but very curious on what it was about. I loved it!
very different from other experiences I have had. To me it is a unique approach to the benefit of various movements and positions,
and a lot of fun and laughter! I plan on attending future classes with Kat.

Kat is an amazing practitioner and Rolfer because she knows the body inside and out. I've been seeing her weekly and she has helped realign my whole body. I have osteoarthritis in my left hip and her sessions have helped me lengthen and strengthen. Now I have more pep in my step and can walk with more ease. I highly recommend Kat and Kat's Dynamic Bodywork.
