Joe is superb! Today with grace & patience he gently moved me out of my 14 year old office & into a new & much more efficient & user friendly mobile office consisting of a new model iphone encased in a casing of my choice (he only had one on hand that fit my needs perfectly)d, a new laptop with a wonderful travel case, & synched my new phone to my car.
To top it off, he had just the right cord a friend needed to recharge his phone.
All of this kind & expert service was delivered this afternoon while I remained in his shop, able to continue my own work in a comfy chair for 2 hours. He never told me to leave... read full review

My wife's I-Phone 13 Pro got dropped and totally broke the back glass. I called 802 Mobile and Joe explained that it could be fixed, but replacing the glass is pricey. He went on to say he could offer another fix using a carbon fiber backing for a fraction of the price. I set up a time for the next day. Joe was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable. He repaired the phone quickly and for much much less less than the cost of replacing the glass. I would definitely recommend 802 Mobile.

Such a great experience!. I was extremely fortunate with the timing of my phone call and the fact that they had a replacement in stock for me. I appreciated the professionalism and the care I received.This shop will absolutely be my new go to for any iPhone issue.
