Lancaster Management has done maintenance work on our property and recently did major work on our pond that required dredging the pond, removing material down to the clay base and laying 10' wide fabric around the periphery to suppress weed growth. They then secured the fabric and put river stones on top of the fabric. The result was beautiful. More importantly, we hope to swim in it this summer! Thanks, Lancaster! Sandy W.

We have tried at least four different property maintenance firms at our house over the past few years. It is a complicated property as there are four different dwellings and barn to deal with plus about three acres of mowing.
Lancaster is the first organization to both u destined our needs and to reliability follow thru. They offer lots of services besides mowing and plowing such as stonework although we haven’t used these services.
We are glad they are here.
