Villari's Self Defense Center is the best place for martial arts in Vermont. My kids have been with both the satellite location in Fairfax and the main dojo in South Burlington for training. Their style of training has instilled confidence and joy in my children. The dojo has a family atmosphere that encourages everyone celebrating the successes of other team members. I highly recommend Villari's to anyone looking to get their children involved with the martial arts.

Villari's is simply the best dojo around! The owners, teachers, and community are so welcoming and caring. There is something for everyone at Villari's - all ages, and even live-streaming classes! Villari's Self Defense Center is a well rounded community of great people. The instructors have a truly gifted ability to motivate students and an incredible sense of compassion. Seeing them with children is a wonderful thing to observe. Self defense is an amazing gift for yourself or children and the sense of confidence and pride that comes with it simply can not have a price tag. Despite training with kicking and punching, there is a tremendous amount of inner peace that is achieved while training.
