Ok everyone - you need this! Take care of yourself and our local small business! Sarah is totally amazing! I have been seeing her for years to help manage my autoimmune muscle and joint flare ups along with tension knots, migraines, injuries and also when I just need a breath of fresh/relaxing air! From the moment you walk into the tranquil room you immediately feel calmness run through you with the soft/relaxing sounds to the aroma scents that fill the air along with the warm blue and soft plush blankets. Massage options range from deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone along with the option of aroma therapy if that floats your boat. Sarah is kind and warm hearted and genuinely loves what she does when she can make someone feel better she is grateful and it shows!
