What is happening at Talbots? The customer service is terrible. You used to be greeted when entering the store. Clothes would be taken to a dressing room. You were asked if you needed a different size or assistance. None of these things happened on my visit today. The 3 sales people were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there or have anyone in the store.
