The RHC team, including customer service and therapists, has been very professional every step of the way. David Stipe was very informative and thorough in his explanation of the equipment and the steps for using my new PAP machine. This was a visit for a re start for me. I've been very anxious about getting on a CPAP machine as the first try didn't go very well for me. David Stiple helped me and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease with getting another start. I feel much better this time around thanks to his help.
