Had a crew of 3 replace 9 windows, two were double windows in one frame. Courteous, professional, clean, quick, respectful, diligent, and reactive. Noticed the kitchen window sill was an issue, and they willingly redesigned on the spot to make it work. Such an amazing experience from sales but most certainly the absolute BEST experience with the installation crew. All in house, not subcontracted out. Amazing crew of young, hardworking professionals.
After quotes from Anderson and two local installers we have no regrets after going with Pella. I had no pressure around signing, no sales gimmicks, no stress. Our salesperson Ben K was responsive and addressed all questions and made multiple home visits, as was he available via email/text. We went with the Impervia line as we wanted fiberglass windows for all the reasons you can read elsewhere. We replaced all 14 openings with sliders, a mix of standard sizes and custom. Some openings larger than. >50”x 100” required factory mullions and these are seamless.

From start to finish this project has run smoothly, and service has been timely and thorough. I loved my old windows - we’d been together for over 40 years - so the change, much needed, also provoked anxiety. Ben, Melissa, Vladimir and crew were very professional and really hard workers. The project took less time than estimated, and the house was left clean, inside and out. I want to thank the Pella team for a fine job.
