One of the reasons we purchased a microwave from Costco is that installation and the removal of our old microwave were included with the price. Oakes Plumbing & Heating was assigned to do this by Costco. Microwave was delivered four days ago. I emailed him on the day it was delivered, and he said he would call back that morning to schedule installation that day, the next day at the latest. He still hasn't called. My husband ended up doing the installation and disposing of the old microwave. Given all the low ratings of this non-professional that say basically the same thing, he has got to be put out of the business of appliance installations. Absolute terrible experience, the worst! Never returns phone calls and doesn’t show up when promised a time also they have no clue what they are doing!! Lowe’s referred us to this company and that’s a complete embarrassment on their part! Very unprofessional company!!!
