There was a big lack of communication in the process which resulted in mistakes in how the forms were filled out, and penalties assessed by the IRS. It took almost the entire year to get the situation straightened out and it caused me great stress. The cost of their services was much higher than I expected, and the work was poor. They may be able to handle simple tax situations, but if you have a more complex tax situation, expect to spend enough time to learn about it so you can check their work for mistakes.
