Our old boiler was red tagged in August. Jarret responded quickly to our need for a proposal. They were able to schedule us quickly. Kenyon and Jared did the installation and could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. Crystal in the office made sure we got the best pricing they could offer. Clearly being an employee owned business means a lot. They were all professional, personable and customer oriented. Thank you! Bring on the winter. We are ready.
They've taken care of maintenance and repairs on my boiler and water heater for all 5 years I've lived at my house; they're prompt, communicate well and make reasonable recommendations.
This past year I had them replace all three heat pumps and two condensors for the A/C; they showed up on time with a decent size crew that knocked the job out in four hours. Can't recommend them enough.
Two months ago, the hot water heater stopped working so I called. I was scheduled out 2 months, which is my experience with any appointment based services post 2020 so I'm accepting of that (I may have been more upset if it were winter). Crystal and Tim were professional and efficient. Clear communication about expectations, appointment time, and cost the entire time. Tim was immediately able to diagnose and correct the problem in about an hour. Happy with how this went and happy to have hot water again. Thank you!!
