I had the good fortune of working with the technician, Phil, for my orientation to CPAP. He was an outstanding teacher. Phil was methodical and sequential in all aspects of the presentation: the beginning overview, his explanation of the different devices, his excellent skill in communicating all related information. He checked in with me at various points to see if I had questions which made me comfortable about asking them. His timing in giving the explanations was thorough, easy to follow and understand, yet not repetitive or unnecessary. He was truly a professional!
