I met David Stipe today to receive my CPAP and all information pertaining to its use. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and humorous when talking about all aspects of CPAP use, being a CPAP user himself. He answered all my questions and assured me that someone would always be available to answer questions I had about its use. I choose the head gear which was the most comfortable for me and am looking forward to increasing the amount of oxygen my brain will be getting every night!

I recently started using my BiPAP machine. I went to the Rutland, Vermont site. Phillip was my Coach/ instructor. He was very knowledgeable and being a user himself, made my initial hesitation alittle less stressful. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the machine. He also helped me with a mask selection that would work and fit my needs. He was very polite and very patient with my negativity about using the unit. I left feeling very confident and comfortable with using the machine. He wasn't pushy or in a hurry to get me out of there. I am very happy with my experience with Phillip, he was great!!!!!
