I'd give them 10 stars if I could. As an entrepreneur, I'm so grateful that when I made the switch to Apple products, I was referred by my old PC guy to give Bill and Phil a call. They are every bit as valuable to my business as my virtual assistants are. I've been on the receiving end of their expertise with all things Apple for over 10 years and I refer them whenever I can. They're very knowledgeable and I trust them to point me in the right direction. And even though they try to be all-business, I do make it my personal mission to make them laugh when I'm there.
