My dog Cash loves the crate escape! He would come 7 days a week if it were up to him. The staff are always so happy to see him, he always perks up as soon as he arrives.
Our dog, Bentley, has been going to The Crate Escape for years and we love them! In fact, we travel almost an hour to bring him there for boarding a couple weeks/year because the staff always remembers him and they genuinely get excited to see him. Bentley is a character and I get anxious being away from him, so this means the world to us! During our summer vacation this year, our boy got really sick. To be clear, this wasn’t anything that they or we could have prevented, but there aren’t enough kind words to explain how compassionate, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful everyone at Crate Escape was during this really stressful time. Shannon brought him to BEVS and waited with him until they took him in. She checked in on him after, and met us at back at BEVS on her day off, so that we could drive right to him once we got back into town. And, if that wasn’t amazing enough, she offered to grab us dinner if it would be helpful. Outstanding customer service is truly an understatement for what we experienced. Shannon was really there for us, and more importantly for our boy—who is doing much better! We highly recommend Crate Escape and look forward to seeing everyone there again next time.
I recently had to find an occasional doggy daycare/boarding facility for my 11 year old boston terrier, Leo. He has some health issues, so I get really anxious about leaving him at places that aren't our home. But we love the Crate Escape too!! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and so did Leo. All of the staff I've met are so so friendly and always patiently answer all of my questions. He loves being there - sometimes when we leave he tries to run back to the door (which hurts my feelings a little bit, not gonna lie). He doesn't have much of a chance to make friends with other dogs at home, so I love being able to bring him to a place where he can hang out with other pups and get attention instead of being stuck in a crate alone all day. The staff are all trained dog handlers too, so I haven't been anxious at all about potential conflict with other dogs, and I'm told he's made a lot of friends already! I know he sleeps most of the day since he's an old man, but I feel so much better knowing he's napping in a comfortable and loving environment. We haven't actually boarded him yet, but I'm confident it will be a seamless experience. I can't recommend this place enough!!
