Timely, proficient, and efficient! They have demonstrated improvements over the years, and I have no complaints about their services in 2026. It is evident that they are making greater efforts. They are adequately staffed, and it is feasible to have your teeth cleaned approximately every six months.
We absolutely love this office. The front desk crew is warm and welcoming, it’s clean, they are organized, our hygienist is AMAZING with our children (we love you Tanya!) and the dentists are really wonderful as well. Every staff member we pass going in and out has a smile on their face. 5 stars all around:)
The team and Richford Dental is worth the 45 min drive for me . I have never had a bad experience there and they always make me feel at home. My dental hygienist and the front desk help today was top notch 10/10.
