Michelle over at MFI was a life saver! I work for VIP store 63 in Williston and she did some research to find out why we weren't getting out tire orders in and was able to work with the team over at MFI to come up with and explain the solution to the hectic account that we have with them. I am more than grateful for the work she did for us over in Williston, VT. Only recommendation would be for EVERYONE that works there to be better at letting their customers know when there seems to be a malfunction or a hiccup with orders. Over all, Michelle saved MFI in my book and if I ever have problems again I'll be going directly to her. Keep up the good work!
