James Mechanical Plumbing has always been, in a word, reliable. When we first moved into our house out on a dead end dirt road with a wrecked pressure tank, Charlie was the only person around who went to the effort to help us in a timely manner so we could use our water. We have been his customers ever since, he has been fair and honest in all his dealings with us, and he works to save us money when he can. He has done great work on all the pipes in our house and other work like window replacement. We will work with him in the future as well!
Charlie was quick to respond, and did great work on helping us with a busted water heater. He squeezed us into his busy schedule because he knew we needed service quickly, was quick in his work, and his service was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.Service: Water heater repair
I have been calling plumbers everyday for over a week to get help with some urgent plumbing issues in my basement. Only two plumbers called me back and many others said they were booked until after the new year.James Mechanical Plumbing was one of the only two to return my call and said they would fit me into their schedule due to the fact my issue was urgent.Although I had already scheduled a different plumber shortly before the call came in I highly appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help me at short notice.I would recommend calling them if you need urgent plumbing help as its apparent they care about people which is rare nowadays.
