“We had a tree fall on our home, and I called a few different companies. Mike called back within a day, and came over about an hour later. He was very professional, andwalked me through the insurance process better than our insurance adjuster had!A reasonable estimate was promptly drawn up, and the next morning his fabulous crew came out working in the rain to COMPLETELY remove the tree and all debris (pinecones, pine needles, sawdust, etc.). They even cleaned the road!I have not been through a process like this, so I was worried that I'd have to pay out-of- pocket first, or pay extra/hidden fees... but I dont have to pay anything until the insurance does. Which was a great relief!Lastly, the crew saw that we had children, and salvaged their swing from the twisted, tangled, mess. Someone also left a neat little surprise as well! A birds nest attached to a pinecone! It was a very nice touch, to end an extremely pleasant experience!“
