Rude, expensive and full of it. My boiler broke down and two guys (father and son?) came by to have a look. First, they said the boiler was leaking. Then they said it wasn't. Then they said it was 10 years old (it's 35 years old) and then claimed it was "gummed up" and would cost $1800 to repair. Ten minutes, total crap diagnostics and I've just wasted $85. Don't call them.
