Dr. Pinello is THE BEST! She is everything one would hope for and want in a veterinarian. She's professional, great with pets, is a great listener, knowledgeable and caring. River Road Veterinary Clinic is a calm and warm environment. The place is spotless and the entire staff is friendly and competent. River Road sells dog food, probably cat food but I didn't notice, and toys. Relieved to report these items are in another room. They are easily accessible but a determined human can steer his or her dog past them. Anyone, including a nosy pet, can find them but they are not right in front of you.
