He went through our home with maticulous detail. Gave us updates thoughout the process, which helped ease my nerves. He was professional and sensitive to our situation. Mike is friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He explained his membership in a professional organization that ensures his inspection; so if he ever did make an error the customer wouldn't suffer a financial consequence. I had never heard of that before. He doesn't seem like the type of guy who misses much and we have a lengthy document to prove it. It's a real confidence builder to have a clear picture of what your buying.
