Clients consistently report positive experiences, with the staff going above and beyond to meet their needs before and after the sale.
I took my mean green battery-operated mower down to them because they are the only dealer in Vermont to do some repair work. They completed the job in a timely fashion within my budget. I have to admit I was a bit surprised at the labor rate being $150 an hour but they do work on heavy equipment as well. I know of no other lawn mower dealer in the entire State the charges over a hundred bucks an hour they might want to amend the labor rate for mowers down a bit. That's my only suggestion they seem like nice people and they did a good job.
Great company, great service and great selection of rental equipment. They have Avant loaders, which are incredible, versatile machines. Think skid steer, but better. I rented one to remove a bunch of material from behind our house in a tight space. It was perfect. With turf tires and articulated steering, it barley did any damage to the lawn. With the grapple attachment and over 3k lb loader capacity, it moved everything I needed with ease. And it has AC and tunes!
Great company. I have a Metavic 1500 from these guys and they go above and beyond to take care of the customer just as well after the sale as they do before. I'll buy here again.
