I’m so relieved and happy I made the right choice in going with Top Notch for a new roof. Everyone I spoke or messaged with was friendly, polite and professional. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. The initial quote was reasonable and the final cost was better than fair given the water damage under the old roof and some required modifications Dave had to make due to the insulation company being unavailable to send a crew. I really appreciated his extra work on this and I love the look of my new roof. We had top notch replace our shingles and they were fair priced, very efficient in getting us scheduled, and completed everything in one day. Their communication throughout the entire process was very responsive with all questions/concerns we had. Would highly recommend.
Top Notch did a great job on two of our condo association's units, replacing the roofs. Each duplex was finished in a single day, very fast and very professional. And, we took quotes from 3 different companies, and Top Notch actually came in lowest - not that that was our only consideration. I have already recommended them to someone in the past two days who told me they need a roof replacement. I highly recommend them.
