I reached out to about 4 businesses on a Monday to get a sense for price and availability for cleaning the outside of my house, my gutters and my porch flooring. Dan got back to me right away with a quote via email. His price was very competitive and he had early availability. He came on Friday. He was very helpful and informative, responded quickly to texts and emails. Did a great job and gave me tips on how to avoid certain pitfalls going forward. Also pointed out a few issues with my gutters and siding. I will happily use him again and happily recommend him. 100% recommend! What a rarity these days to find someone who responds to your request and actually comes when promised! Dan is a very conscientious worker who pays attention to detail and does the job right. He powerwashed our back deck and patio furniture and everything looks like new! You won't regret hiring him!

What an experience with Dan! First off, such a great guy! Very knowledgeable, and respectful, his work is very thorough. Cleans up after the job, makes sure the customer is pleased with the work, and can’t beat his pricing . I total recommend this business through and through .
