No one answers the phone and they don’t return phone calls. We called durning open hours regarding pick up time and health concerns and no one answers or called back. Our dog was there twice in the last couple months and came home sick both times. When we called to inquire about the illness no one called back. Very disappointed.
Pinebrook Kennels is an extraordinary kennel operated by competent, professional, dog-loving individuals who are the real deal. You can count on your dog being cared for in a safe, clean, loving environment. I wish I could give them more than five stars as they are quite simply the best!
