I can't respond to your comment on my previous review so I'm leaving this here. You never showed up for the appointment scheduled from 3-4 PM. I was home for the entirety of the time slot we had scheduled. I also have a Ring camera and doorbell that show you were never at my home. What a lack of professionalism.

He never showed up. Our son was dying of cancer and needed the bathroom downstairs to work so he didn't have to go up and down the stairs. It took all his strength to get upstairs. He ended up in hospice to make it easier for him. The plumber said he'd be here at two, then we got a message it would be between 3:30 and 4:30. At 5:15 he still wasn't here. My husband called his number and got no answer so he told him to cancel. When I contacted the plumber the next day he said they were 5 minutes away when he was told to cancel. Yet he didn't call to say he was almost here. No, I don't recommend him and I'm sure he could care less.

Chris was initially responsive, and then began no showing appointments. When he did show up he "fixed" the leak from the boiler, which leaked again shortly after. He then told us we needed a new boiler, installed it incorrectly, and blamed us for the incorrect installation. We also found out the master plumber license he provided had expired in 2021. Would not recommend. Ever.
