Parlour is a great asset to our community and downtown on a number of levels. They have a very attractive space, a very kind and welcoming staff and our entire family of four has always loved our haircuts! Keep up the great work!

I get my hair cut at Parlour because they reliably give me a haircut that requires no fuss and I still look ok. But tonight..ah tonight. I dropped my son off for his haircut and let it slip that I was stressed and behind in all my family chores. When I picked up my son the same woman I almost cried to greeted me with a care package. I don’t remember the last time someone was nice to me, and certainly someone who reminded me to take care of myself. There is an angel working at Parlour and I recommend you find her. She will change your appearance and your belief in a good future.

Haircut is awesome! However… I had to wait 1/2 hour beyond my appointment time until the stylist was available for me. Management (& stylist) apologized but couldn’t do anything to reduce the cost and made no offer for any other compensation for my time wasted. I find that ironic because they make it clear their time is valuable - signs clearly state late cancellations and ‘no shows’ would be charged 50% of the expected appointment cost. ?
