I called because my dog had gotten into the bag of dog food and I was worried that she would get food bloat. The receptionist, Lucia, looked up her records, got proper advice from the vet very quickly, and conveyed it very clearly. Fifteen poop-bags worth of vomited food later, my dog’s chest has gone back to its normal size. I felt like they really understood the urgency of the situation and acted accordingly, but calmly. I can’t say enough good things about what would otherwise have been a terrifying experience.

My 10 year old cats, brother and sister, had a cold. My female recouperated but my male was getting sicker. I didn't have a vet for them. After a long night with a sick cat I called Middlebury Animal Hospital in the morning. Yes they could take my kitty that morning. They were wonderful! They were kind to me and my kitty! With antibiotics he is much better!

I went here for a second opinion about a serious diagnosis about my cat and they were so helpful and much more realistic and less dramatic about what was going on. I'm switching my cat to these folks for sure!
