My dog Autumn just went there for the first time and it was her first haircut ever. She is a 7 month miniature poodle and they had an issue with cutting her hair around her eyelid. I can certainly understand how that can happen as she definitely is on the move nonstop. She seems to be ok and fingers crossed my daughter will be happier with her next hair cut!! Thank you.
