We drove two hours each way today to visit Vermont Flower Farms and Gardens based on my memory of visiting this place many years ago. This place is incredible and so worth the drive. Even better than the selection of hostas and day lilies (I have never seen so many varieties - not even close) was the wonderful, gracious, generous owner who shared a wealth of information and so much of his time. We will definitely be back, but shooting for mid summer to see the amazing colors of the day lilies in bloom and to visit the family that makes it possible.
