This is such a special yoga studio! The first class I did with Jo was one of those I’ll never forget. She has a way of harmonizing breath, movement, and philosophy, creating a beautiful flow! The studio itself is gorgeous, and the range of classes means you’ll always have something new to experience. A truly wonderful studio!
Love this studio! Excellent teachers, welcoming atmosphere, super clean and friendly. Good variety of classes for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogi's. Highly Recommend!
I discovered Heart of The Village after years of being a runner. I had taken a few yoga classes prior to this, but it never really landed for me. That all changed as soon as I began practicing at HOTV. I find myself instantly relaxed when I walk through the doors of the HOTV studio. The atmosphere is incredibly calming. The teachers are kind, knowledgeable and facilitate classes that support the mind/ body connection. The variety of classes offered allow for all levels and abilities to find their sweet spot.
