Bess is truly amazing at her craft! I have had multiple back surgeries, and seeing her regularly (along with yoga) keeps me feeling amazing. Each time I come in, she asks me what is going on with my body/ how I’m feeling and customizes the massage based on that. The amount of pressure she uses is always perfect. I always leave Blew Skies floating!
