I helped my 15 year old best friend transition yesterday. Writing a review is about the last thing on earth I could imagine myself doing right now, but that is how exemplary my experience was with the team at Riverside Vet.It wasn't "I am a client/pet and you are the clinicians." Lucy Lou and I love Dr Carol. She understands Lucy is anxious when she comes to see her and gets down on the floor to exam her - loving on her the whole time. The vet techs are friendly, accomodating, and educational. The facility is well maintained, light, and clean. Reception staff are friendly and review your appt expectations and bill with you on the way in and out. We are very pleased with the services offered and care for our animals.

If you had asked me a about two years ago I would have recommended them but to date I can not say thay are top notch. Over the past year my 3 year old dog has had issues with his back I have taken him in multiple times to get it checked out only to not have any real answer as to what is going on. Emily Sullivan, who by the way is a excellent vet and shouldn't wast her time in this practice, did say he had an elongated spine but, Dr. Gifford doesn't seem concerned at all she just keep giving him different pain meds that don't work and at one point said well we could cut his tail off but I don't think that's going to help, REALLY????
