I'm new to the area and I've found Ludlow Health Center to be an excellent example of healthcare. The administrative staff are outstanding and greet you with a smile. They are experienced with all aspects of medical administration. The nurses and medical staff are kind, caring, and thorough. They ensure you don’t feel like you are waiting forever to be seen and handle the back office administration of required paperwork. Patricia Brown, FNP-C, has been a longstanding advocate for the community and the heart of the organization. Ludlow health center is the best! The staff is super nice and my doctor is very compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. I always receive great care and it is an ideal experience when you arnt feeling well.

My husband was seen today by Brooke Pringle, PAC. He was not feeling well and used the Health Center’s walk-in services. Brooke was outstanding. She listened to our concerns and spent as much time as was necessary to obtain a history, make a diagnosis and explain the treatment. We never felt rushed and felt completely confident in his care. We are not from the area so her ability to gain our trust quickly is really a gift. I work in Healthcare and have a lot of grace with other Healthcare workers because I understand the immense pressure they are under on a daily basis. Brooke far exceeded our expectations.
