It was "we are beings helping this other being transition into what's next, with dignity and love."I was gently given the information I needed to make a decision, and then validated and held during the process.Reggie was truly cared for while he was under the care of this practice, and I will always be grateful for that.I had been with another practice for a very long time, so deciding to make a change after a move last year felt daunting to me.
